Sir/Madam,

As per revised date of calendar of activities of transfer guidelines as circulated vide this office letter of even no dated 22.4.2009 the Priority List-II of Intra Regional Request Transfer for the year 2009-10 will be uploaded on KVS, RO, Bhubaneswar www.kvsrobbs.org on 02.06.2009 (Thuesday). In this regard you are requested to inform to all concerned of your vidyalaya and representation, if any, may be submitted to this office in the prescribed format i.e. Annexure ‘A’ (as enclosed herewith) through proper channel so as to reach this office latest by 15.06.2009 through fax/speed post for further action at this end. The representation received after 15.06.2009 will not be entertained. It is the responsibility of the KV concerned to ensure that the representation reaches Regional Office within the stipulated date. In case of any lapse in this the responsibility will be fixed on the Principal.

1.NO REQUEST FOR MODIFICATION OF CHOICE STATION/ ADDITION OF CHOICE STATION FOR TRANSFER WILL BE ENTERTAINED.
2.IN CASE SPOUSE IS SELF-EMPLOYED, HE/SHE IS NOT ENTITLED FOR POINTS OF POSTING WITH SPOUSE (PWS). 3.SPOUSE POSTED IN THE SAME STATION AND REQUEST TRANSFER APPLIED FOR INTRA STATION TRANSFER NO ENTITLEMENT POINTS IS GIVEN UNDER PWS.
