(I)The list of eligible candidates and list of in-eligible candidates (alpha-wise) is available on KVS's website

(II)Admit cards have been despatched through Registered Post to all the eligible candidates. In case of non-receipt of admit card by 12 th February, 2009 , the same may be downloaded from KVS website : www.kvsangathan.nic.in or www.examaid.in . Those candidates who bring E-Admit Card will also be allowed to appear in the examination.

In addition, duplicate admit cards will also be issued to those candidates whose names are available in the list of eligible candidates, one day before the examination i.e., PGT on 13/02/2009 ; TGT/MTP on 14/02/2009 and PRT/Music on 15/02/2009 from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm . Such candidates may contact Regional Office of KVS located in their City of their examination along with two passport size photographs. The list of KVS Regional Offices is available on the KVS's website.

(III) Those candidates who have been rejected may check their name in the list of non-eligible candidates wherein ‘reasons of rejections' have been also mentioned. If the candidate feel, that he/she is meeting all the eligibility condition as on the last date of submission of application, he/she may contact Assistant Commissioner, Regional Office of KVS, one day prior to examination from 10 am to 3 pm with two passport size photographs along with documentary evidence/proof of their eligibility so that admit cards is accordingly issued to them.

(IV) The candidates who have been rejected due to non-submission of requisite fee by way of Demand Draft may be considered for issuance of admit card subject to production of duplicate demand draft of the same Date & same Branch and providing documentary proof of DD / attached along with their application. Such candidates may contact Regional Office of KVS one day prior to examination [along with two passport size photographs and acknowledgment card].
